Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
Maintenance windows may occasionally require service interruption
Google API changes may temporarily affect functionality
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to SpamGuardian for:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
Extended periods of inactivity
Legal or regulatory requirements
